Halloween Night!

Better Pictures to come, their still on grandmas's camera. These are mainly from the Ward Trunk or treat the wensday before.
Pheobe was a sunbeam, Lliam was Peter pan, Nedra and Etta were both Tinkerbell (nedra had to be a pink one though).

The past couple years we've been kind of bummed cause our trick and treating was done at trunk or treats. This year we were sharing our memories of trick or treating with the kids, telling them about how we remember the streets over flowing with trick or treaters and every house had their lights on and candy. Our neighborhood had a whooping 3 groups (that's including ourselves). So we decided to ccheck out the reports that everyone goes to a certain neighborhood. It was true. Hearing lliam squeal in the backseat "Mom look at all the trick or treaters!" We went to every house on both sides of the block. One house had a haunted house in the garage. I was sure that the kids would freak out but Lliam came out grining "Can I do that again?" and Nedra came out almost in tears saying "That was scary" (she was afraid of any housewith a strob light after that. Etta was a trooper with wings the size of her body, she walked the whole way and said treat and thank you at every house. Pheobe just slept or relaxed the whole time nice and snug. However, the after affects of halloween (sugar gimmes and highs) are still in ful force even though brig stole all the good stuff.

Our family also has a prehalloween tradition of going reverse trick or treating. We make treats and go around to friends (in costume of course) and give them the treat. The kids really had fun with it this year. I think we did it every night for a week. Each time in a different costume. It was a lot of fun. As always.
